WING, part of Little Dot Studios and All3 Media, is looking to hire an ambitious and highly organised Senior Producer to work on the production and delivery of our creative output, making great ideas happen and helping us to deliver high-end film content to the world’s largest brands. This role will be on a fixed term basis to cover maternity leave commencing Aug/Sept 2023.

We are a close-knit team and you will be working on a number of projects at any one time, from brief through to delivery, so you need to be great at multi-tasking, managing and driving clients, running a team of creatives and producers and importantly be super organised, patient and have bags of initiative.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME 

• Overseeing all stages of production, from receipt of brief through to delivery, making sure all content, brand and budget requirements are met
• Managing costs and project reconciliations and ensuring that projects are delivered on time and on budget
• Arranging shoots with a very fast turnaround, including managing cast, crew and last minute client requests
• Liaising with the COO to ensure all contracting and financial requirements are met
• Overseeing the drafting and collating of pre- and post- production paperwork, including call sheets, location permits, consent forms, carnets, and risk assessments
• Act as the main point of contact for the clients and be responsible for maintaining clear and open communication with them
• Working closely with in-house and freelance directors to bring creative vision to life on time and on budget
• Work quickly and effectively, working to extremely tight deadlines, and show potential for growth

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 

Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything. 

• Experience as a Producer in the branded content or corporate video world, ideally with some knowledge of the sports sponsorship arena
• Excellent creativity, good with people and enjoy the buzz of a fast-paced team environment
• Ability to work under your own initiative but at the heart of it you are a good team player
• Passionate about content, digital media and the future of digital marketing/advertising through moving image
• Excellent communication, organisational and writing skills
• An ability to work proactively and with foresight, individually and as part of a team
• Experience of being client-facing and of cultivating good relationships with clients
