As Junior Producer, you will plan, manage and produce social platform-specific video content for The FA’s domestic women’s competitions, including the Barclays WSL and Barclays Women’s Championship.
JUNIOR PRODUCER
Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are an award winning digital content agency and media network who are currently on the lookout for a Junior Producer to join our Sport Team on a 12 month fixed term contract.
This exciting opportunity involves managing, planning, producing and preferably shooting and sometimes editing social platform-specific video content for The FA’s domestic women’s competitions, including the Barclays WSL and Barclays Women’s Championship. As Junior Producer you will be expected to be at Wembley two days per week and will be expected to work weekends where match day content capture is required.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Help to plan, develop and execute video content, including ideation, pre-production planning, logistics and execution of shoots for the Barclays FA Women’s Super League, Barclays FA Women’s Championship, and Continental Tyres League Cup’s channels. This includes original content, branded content, archive content and the use of match footage
- Working with internal and external stakeholders, including production companies, agencies, clubs and commercial partners, to ensure all video content and assets are best-in-class and aligned with the organisation's vision for each channel.
- Running video content capture (preferably including camera operation) at various UK locations
- Directing and briefing camera operators and editors where necessary
- Managing project planning in Asana, ensuring it is up to date and status is proactively communicated to stakeholders
- Manage post production and archiving of content shot by the team and agencies
- Uploading and publishing content, where required, including to the FA’s own platforms.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.
- Knowledge of production workflows, from ideation to delivery
- Exceptional stakeholder management, communication skills and organisational skills
- A genuine passion for football and social football content
- Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud – Adobe Premiere Pro, Adobe Photoshop and post- production workflows
- Camera operation skills using a variety of kit, from iPhone to professional cameras
- Ability to work under pressure managing multiple tasks
- Understanding of best practice in terms of all aspects of social content – creation, publishing, optimisation
