Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are an award winning digital content agency and media network who are currently on the lookout for a Channel Manager (with a knowledge of vertical video) to join our Entertainment Team.
Channel Managers oversee a group of social channels (predominantly YouTube, Facebook & TikTok), controlling editorial video output and managing video content scheduling whilst also managing the day-to-day workflow of a team of video Content Editors.
In addition to wider social platform knowledge, understanding of vertical video across platforms is essential for the role - including TikTok, YouTube Shorts, and Facebook and Instagram Reels. Ensuring the application of best practice to ensure continued growth across all key metrics, Channel Managers work with the Senior Partnerships Managers to support the department’s wider strategic goals, contextualising performance with internal reports and keeping in regular communication with clients.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
Owning the social media strategy and scheduling, ensuring that each channel maintains the highest editorial standards across posts and metadata with a strong and consistent voice, mindful of the young audience
Leading a team of editors and designers creating vertical video content for TikTok, Instagram and Facebook Reels, and YouTube Shorts
Contextualising analytics and insights to inform best practice and report to clients
Managing the day-to-day client relationship, delivering to expectations
Supporting the Senior Partnerships Manager to achieve strategic goals
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.
Previous experience and strong knowledge of the differing approaches of the use of online video across social media platforms, including scheduling and insights
Previous experience of producing client reports with clear narratives to accompany analytics data
Previous experience of managing team members, whether direct reports or day-to-day task delivery
Previous experience of communicating directly with clients
Whilst not an editing role, knowledge of the Adobe suite is especially useful in understanding and assisting the team
