Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are an award winning digital content studio and media network who are currently on a quest to find a Acquisitions Executive to join our Acquisitions (Network) team. Is this your next opportunity?

As Acquisition Executive, you will play a crucial role in facilitating the acquisition of content for our portfolio of over 80 YouTube channels, 8 Fast Channels, and our global subscription video-on-demand (SVOD) platform, which collectively form the Little Dot Studios Digital Media Network.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME 

• Acquire global rights for the Little Dot owned Network channels, in line with editorial guidelines and financial benchmarks;
• Source, select and negotiate content partnerships;
• Maintain client relationships, ensure constant communication & report to clients on content performance;
• Work closely with the Network channels teams on content pipeline needs;
• Work closely with the Finance teams to ensure financial information in and out of the building is correct and approved;
• Analyse rights information, current trends, competitor analysis, and market
  intelligence to play a key role in providing insight into the team to aid acquisition
  strategies;
• Work with the Acquisition team to ensure a smooth running of the department,
  including coordination of information between the acquisition department and other
  departments within Little Dot Studios;
• Attend international media markets.

WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED 
Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything. 

• Extensive experience in acquisitions within a television distribution company or network: this excludes demonstrated experience collaborating with both creative and commercial stakeholders at various levels.
• Experience in attending international trade markets.
• Experience working across rights management systems
• A strong understanding of digital platforms and their corresponding rights.
• Understanding of linear and non-linear rights within the media landscape.
• Ability to pick up new systems quickly, organised and persistent.
• A strong interest in TV and digital media.
