Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are an award winning digital content studio and media network who are currently on a quest to find an Ad Operations Manager to join our Ad Sales & Paid Media team. Is this your next opportunity?
As Digital Ad Operations Manager, you will own the end-to-end trafficking and delivery of YouTube campaigns via Google Ad Manager, bringing your technical know-how and the confidence to manage campaigns independently from setup through to reporting.
This is a lead technical role that also requires excellent stakeholder management skills. You will have the opportunity to build our Ad Operational capabilities, deliver results for top-tier clients, and build and manage a small technical team.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Own the end-to-end trafficking and delivery of YouTube campaigns via Google Ad Manager, bringing both technical know-how and the confidence to manage campaigns independently from setup through to reporting.
- Hold technical relationships with Little Dot’s top-tier clients across YouTube via Google Ad manager, ensuring their Little Dot’s ad sales experience is seamless to set up and outperforms our competitors on YouTube.
- Provide training and support to Graduate level new starters; exposing them to all areas of their role in a contained environment which allows them to learn whilst safeguarding the business & our clients.
- Provide the UK Sales Team & vertical teams with technical expertise and collateral to assist in providing the best client-first service with a particular focus on upselling existing partnerships.
- Lead in the training of newer members of the YouTube Ad Operations team. Acting as a point of contact for troubleshooting in the first instance.
- Proactively search to expand our capabilities within YouTube, reviewing and suggesting the best use of 3rd Party Ad Tech, processes and automation to ensure the best results for clients.
- Keep up to date with developments within the digital media landscape (LUMAscape), Ad Tech Vendors & Ad Distribution Partners. Maintaining relationships with key partners to ensure the best use of their offering for our clients.
- Creating efficiencies in Little Dot’s product offering, spotting gaps in our current practices and implementing solutions to save both time and money.
- Ownership of Communication between the Global Ad Sales teams and the YouTube Ad Operations Team.
- Stakeholder management, including the ability to work outside of the team to bring efficiencies to business processes, opening up new products and services within the Ad Operations proposition.
- Maintaining the monthly channel integration into Little Dot’s network, ensuring UK sales are aware of channels entering and exiting our network.
- Managing our roster of reseller relationships, ensuring partners working with us feel supported, making Little Dot a preferred partner, and maximising revenue.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.
- Previous experience in a similar ad sales/digital advertising operations role
- Demonstrable managerial capability in previous roles and can speak to multiple occasions where their business has benefited from their stewardship.
- Google Ad Manager expertise (inc. an understanding of VAST tag troubleshooting).
- A proven track record when it comes to problem-solving within the Digital Ad Operations Space, including finding creative solutions where ad inventory is limited.
- Collaborative work ethic to ensure process and procedure are adhered to across the team. Re-educating where necessary.
- Strong proficiency in Microsoft Excel / Google Sheets Formulae.
- Great verbal & written communication skills, including specifically the ability to be completely transparent around issues, the ability to hold yourself accountable for mistakes to stakeholders.
- A strong attention to detail.
