Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are an award winning digital content studio and media network who are currently on a quest to find a Production Coordinator to join our Creative Production Studio team. Is this your next opportunity?
As Production Coordinator, you will play a key role in supporting our Production Team with project planning and the smooth running of the production process. This diverse role will see you managing a number of tasks across the end-to-end production process, including managing a Production Assistant, cost monitors, schedules, kit hire, location arrangement's and sourcing freelance crews. The role is therefore suited to a great multi-tasker with strong organisational and logistical skills and experience across all stages of digital production.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Project planning and facilitation of production processes.
- Providing support to the production team and supervising the Production Assistant.
- Managing cost controls to ensure delivery within specified timeframes and budget.
- Developing and implementing production schedules.
- Overseeing end-to-end production, including crew and equipment procurement, location logistics, permits, travel, and accommodation.
- Arranging international travel, visas, and supporting documentation such as ATA carnets.
- Generating call sheets and conducting risk assessments.
- Assisting with the sourcing and recruitment of freelance crews.
- Aiding in the management of personnel and resources, and evaluating and reporting production risks.
- Implementing risk management strategies and integrating safety protocols into productions.
- Assisting with compliance and legal requirements for original video content.
- Occasionally attending shoots, demonstrating knowledge of set practices and etiquette.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.
- Driving Licence (Mandatory)
- Demonstrated comprehensive understanding of all production stages.
- Proficient in digital production, with linear documentary experience being advantageous.
- Thorough knowledge of staffing, talent, and production contracts, including business affairs processes.
- Proven ability to manage multiple concurrent projects.
- Exceptional multi-tasking capabilities.
- Excellent communication, organisational, and logistical proficiencies.
- Proactive and forward-thinking approach to work.
- Some experience in legal, clearance, and compliance matters.
- Keen interest in digital and history-focused content production.
- Experienced in post-production paperwork and software.
- Experience working with third-party archive material.
- Skilled in external stakeholder engagement, including cultivating strong supplier relationships.
- Proficient in G-Suite (including Sheets) and Microsoft Office (including Excel).
