Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are an award winning multi-platform production company, social media agency and digital media network' who are currently on a quest to find a TikTok Producer to join our inhouse Creative Production Studio team and work on a BookTok account for a major broadcaster - Is this your next opportunity?
As the accounts Producer, you will lead the editorial vision and production across all layers of original content. We’re looking for someone obsessed with BookTok (a true superfan of books, creators, and book culture) who can turn their passion into creative, vertical social storytelling that engages and delights. BookTok expertise is essential: you’ll bring a deep understanding of its trends, tone, and community.
The ideal candidate will have strong editorial skills, ensuring every piece of content aligns with the channel’s voice, pacing, and audience. You will also understand TikTok’s tone and rhythm to adapt formats for both low-fi, reactive content and higher-production storytelling. The Producer will be technically proficient and capable of filming vertical formats and capturing audio to a professional standard. Experience in in-house creative studios, digital production companies, publishers, or TV for unscripted digital and social originals is essential. We’re looking for someone highly creative, able to work independently, and excited to collaborate within a small, dedicated team.
Note: This is an 11 month Fixed Term Contract.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
- Maintain the editorial vision for the BookTok channel and lead production across all layers of original content.
- Collaborate with in-house agency teams on insights and strategy to inform trend-led, innovative content.
- Strong editorial and creative instincts for social storytelling, with the ability to shape content that reflects the brand’s tone of voice.
- Film the majority of formats, capturing vertical video and professional-quality audio.
- Oversee post-production, providing creative direction and approvals for edits, graphics, captions, and TikTok optimisation.
- Run development calls with potential on-screen talent and their agents.
- Coordinate with external partners, influencers, agencies, and event organisations.
- Maintain relationships with events, agents, publishers, production crews, and casting producers.
- Proactively scout and create opportunities for reactive social content during events, press days, and appearances.
- Stay ahead of TikTok trends, particularly in BookTok, to ensure content is timely, relevant, and engaging.
- Work within defined budgets and manage compliance / sign off workflows with confidence.
- Be able to write copy and proofread subs and have a meticulous eye for detail.
- Communicate with other stakeholders on the client’s side to arrange access to Talent.
- Collaborative, proactive, and able to thrive in a small, agile team.
- You may be required to manage researchers and assistant creative producers during projects.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.
- Excellent writing skills, a talent for problem solving and a keen eye for detail.
- Experience working in a similar role at a content company, commercial broadcaster, advertising or media agency.
- Familiar with Adobe Suite and a strong working knowledge of Photoshop and Premiere (InDesign, Google Slides and Powerpoint are also useful).
- An awareness and interest in the landscape of television, digital, audio and social platforms in the UK and US is important.
- Proven track record for developing successful ideas quickly and methodically, keeping a cool head during unexpected changes to timelines or client feedback.
- Be a practical creative with a mixture of production and development experience would be ideal with an awareness of how production works.
- Able to positively guide development sessions with those who might not be as experienced in suggesting and developing winning ideas and giving feedback.
- A collaborative thinker who is able to take on feedback to enhance production proposals and pitches.
