Based in the heart of Shoreditch, we are a multi-platform production company, social media agency, and digital media network who are currently on a quest to find a TikTok Producer to join our Agency/Sport team - Is this your next opportunity?
We are looking for a vertical video producer/editor, to create and publish content across a variety of global sports TikTok channels - including for a major football and major cricket client.
As a TikTok specialist, you will be responsible for ideating, planning and editing content using archive, originally shot footage, BTS clips & live feeds. The successful candidate will be a TikTok expert who understands the functionality and intricacies of how to play into its algorithm to maximise the success of content and grow audiences. This is an exciting opportunity to work with high-profile talent to produce personality-led content, so being able to demonstrate your experience in social production is an advantage. Crucially, this role demands continuous collaboration with the wider social and content teams to ensure all TikTok output aligns with and contributes to broader strategic goals.
Please note: Attendance at the client’s offices and some out of hours work may be required.

HOW YOU'LL SPEND YOUR TIME
Planning, developing, editing and publishing content for TikTok;
Staying aware of trends/sounds and how best to implement them in a sports context - particularly cricket and football;
Liaising with the wider team on strategy, planning and approval, building strong working relationships with the wider agency and internal teams;
Publishing of content adhering to platform best practice;
Community management - responding to comments and engaging with the audience;
Developing and maintaining brand tone of voice through the content;
Monitoring performance of content using platform analytics;
Communicating constantly with the wider team about content successes and work closely with account managers, content strategists and data analysts to drive continual improvement in performance.
WHAT YOU NEED TO SUCCEED
Skills matter, experience is useful, attitude is everything.
A proven track record of ideating, planning, creating and publishing vertical video content predominantly for TikTok.
Demonstrable experience of growing TikTok audiences.
The ability to monitor content trends and trending sounds, adapting them for a sporting context.
Confidence in publishing to TikTok and in community management.
Confidence in using and interpreting relevant platform analytics.
Knowledge of Adobe Creative Cloud – Adobe Premiere Pro (essential), Adobe Photoshop.
The ability to implement brand tone of voice in a platform and audience appropriate way.
Knowledge, understanding and a passion for a range of other relevant social media platforms is highly desired.
Ability to work under pressure managing multiple tasks, excellent communication skills, and exceptional attention to detail.
Ability to work independently but cohesively as part of a wider team.
